• Multi-Emitter: If your business has branches, our system allows you to manage each one of them by creating users and permissions, controlling the available modules and branches.
• Users Management: As an Administrator user you can generate other users and you can assign them the most appropriate modules according to the profile of your employees.
• Products / Services: It has a catalog where you can define the code and name of the products or services, the sale price, taxes, unit of measure, among others.
• Customers: Create your customer catalog, where you can define the name and identification number, address, telephone, email, among others.
• Electronic receipts: The system issues proformas, invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
• Reports: Our system allows you to consult sales reports, taxes, best-selling products, invoice balances, among others. These reports can be downloaded in PDF, Word and Excel.
• Reception: Electronic invoices, credit notes and debit notes issued by your suppliers can be accepted or rejected, the system generates the respective acknowledgment of acceptance or rejection.
• Sending invoices by email: Save on stationery, packaging and storage expenses. With just one click, your customer instantly receives their electronic invoice.
